2025 Summer Contract

  • Registration Opens: April 16,2024 at 6:00am

  • Children 5 years old & registered for Kindergarten - entering 6th grade

2025-2026 Contract

  • Registration Opens: May 14,2025 at 6:00am

  • Contracts must be at the site where the child attends school

  • Children 5 years who are registered for Kindergarten -5th grade

    • First day of RPS school year - Last day of RPS school year

Contracts Require:

  • Completed online registration

  • One (1) Non-refundable registration fee paid per family/per year

  • Schedule and pay for one (1) session minimum

  • Each child requires their own contract

Contracts Include:

  • Choose your own schedule (1 session required/contract)

    • All schedule changes are made by the account owner online

    • All schedule changes are required to be made seven (7) days in advance

      • Summer contracts: 6:30a.m.-6:00p.m.

      • School year:

        • Morning Session: 6:30a.m.-school begins

        • After School Session: school ends-6:00p.m.

  • Drop-in days (Under 7 day notice) account owners can call site or SACC office to request

  • Non-School Enrichment Days (NSED) School Year Contract only

  • Inclement Weather Days (IWD) School Year Contract only
